Processing Orders
If you have placed an order with Bon+Co – firstly – THANKYOU for supporting our small business!!!
We get that a quick turnaround is important, so we aim to process and ship all orders the same day but if that isn’t possible then we will get your order out the next business day.
Christmas Deliveries
Please expect some delays in the weeks leading up to Christmas based on increased freight volumes. Please keep this in mind and finalise any orders well in advance of the Christmas period to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered in the normal timeframes.
Shipping
All orders are sent from our Bon+Co HQ in Brisbane, Australia.
You will receive an order confirmation after your order is submitted. Please ensure to use the correct email address when you fill in your details.
If you wish to cancel or alter your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order and we will try our best to assist. However please keep in mind that your order may already be packed and shipped and it may not be possible to make any changes.
Australian Orders
All Australian orders are sent with Australia Post or Sendle. Shipping times provided by these companies are a guideline and subject to change based on weather events, order volumes, or other delivery issues and unforeseen and unavoidable events that are beyond our control.

You parcel will be left at your address, unless the shipping address is a unit/apartment and considered unsafe to be left by the delivery driver. In this case, you will be left a message to collect your parcel from your local Australia Post office.
International Orders
All International orders are sent via International Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $20AUD. Shipping times provided are a guideline and subject to change based on weather events, order volumes or other delivery issues and unforeseen and unavoidable events that are beyond our control. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order is shipped, please note that a signature is required upon delivery of your parcel.
All customs/import duties & taxes on orders outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer. Bon+Co is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
If you require further information, we recommend that you contact your local Customs Office.
