We want you to absolutely love your Bon+Co products as much as we do! However, if your new item is not quite right we have the following return options available to you within 30 days of your receipt date.
Full price items: Refund, Exchange or Online Store Credit
Sale Items: Exchange / Online Store Credit (unless the sale item is faulty*)
Return Conditions
All returns are subject to the following conditions (‘Return Conditions’).
- A completed Returns Form is received by Bon+Co within 30 days of the delivery date (in accordance with the tracking) of your original order.
- You have a valid proof of purchase.
- Return authorisation has been approved by Bon+Co via email to you.
- Your returned item is received by Bon+Co within 7 days of Bon+Co approving the return.
- Item/s are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags and original applicable swimwear hygiene stickers attached).
- The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.
- Bon+Co will provide free standard shipping to send you the exchanged item.
Bon+Co reserves the right to deny a request for return if your item does not meet the above conditions.
All shipping costs for the return or exchange of items to Bon+Co are payable by you.
If you would like to exchange your item for another style or size, please complete your Returns Form and contact us immediately to arrange your exchange and check availability. Bon+Co will hold your item for exchange for up to 7 days while we await your original item to be returned to us. Only once we have received the original item will we ship your exchanged product.
*If an item is faulty and we advised you that the item was faulty before you purchased, you are entitled only to an Exchange or Online Store Credit.

- Please immediately complete the Bon+Co Returns Form, and email it to [email protected]
- Once you have received written approval of your Returns Form, promptly send the item(s) back to us with a copy of your approval email.

Please ensure to pack the item in a protective bag and send with a registered/traceable form of postage. Bon+Co will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed.
Please allow up to 15 business days for any refunds to be transferred to your bank account.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This Policy is not intended to replace, limit, or exclude any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
